There's always an exciting event on the Taylors calendar, be it a new exhibition of a leading Nelson artist on the walls of our stores, an opportunity to win ten pairs of shoes 'free' simply by walking into our store (held twice a year), hosting Shoefest - a twice-annual festival of fashion footwear at blink-and-they're-gone bargain prices, or the celebration that is 'Shoe Passion' week, the sensational launch of our top brands.

City of Nelson Women's Triathlon

Somewhere in between all this Taylors also find time to sponsor the City of Nelson Women's Triathlon, an annual event held during March for women going places!

The Art of Footwear

For many years Taylors have enjoyed a close link with the prolific arts community in Nelson.

Nelson has a genuine claim as the arts capital of New Zealand and this is reflected in our stores by continuous art exhibitions of Nelson artists. Every six weeks a different local Artist is featured in each of our stores. Unlike normal galleries we don't take a commission on sales. We're happy to make this contribution to Nelson's art.
