Taylors weloveshoes offers customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online system (SSL) with MasterCard and Visa transaction facilities. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction.
You will be asked to register as a member of our Shoe Love Club. Apart from the many member benefits, including receiving
a $50 discount after purchasing $500 of product (see below for shoe love club
conditions and regular emails on new arrivals, your shopping address
details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time
you checkout).
Pricing and Stock Availability
All prices in the shopping areas are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices and availability information are correct to the
best of our knowledge at time of publication. However from time to time pricing
or other anomalies such as stock errors, may appear unnoticed for which we apologise.
When you purchase you are purchasing from
current stock records which are normally accurate. However stock errors can occur
or a purchase may be made in one of our stores of the product you
have ordered before we get a chance to hold it for you. While we do everything
we can to avoid such situations occasionally disappointment can occur in which
case we will endeavour to source the product for you or refund your purchase
price, which ever you prefer.
We
reserve the right to decline a sale (by
refunding the price paid) if a pricing error exists which presents the price of
a product erroneously and is more than 10%
less than the price of the same product displayed in our stores. If the error
is within 10% of the correct price we will forego the error. If a product is
shown at a higher price on our web site than in our stores and you purchase it we
will advise you and refund the
overcharged amount.We reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Security
We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment.
