You can join our shoe club at any time when in either of our stores to receive the following benefits:

Regularly earn $25 off your purchases

With regular use of your card, not only will you earn points with each purchase you can also scratch your card to reveal a generous assortment of bonus points which will quickly take you to a total of 20 points, and $25 off your next purchase.

Scratchie chances to win your purchase free or free gifts

One in 25 cards issued has a free purchase hidden under a scratchie. If it is yours, whatever you are purchasing at the time will be yours free! There are also bonus gifts and bonus vouchers hidden away on most cards.

Invitation to attend pre-Shoefest evenings and exclusive Shoe Club promotions

At least twice a year regular buyers will receive an invitation to our outstanding Shoefests, giving you a preferential chance to buy before we open to the public. Shoefest is a festival of in-season fashion footwear at rock bottom prices.

Monthly "You will love to win..." Draw

Each month Shoe Club cardholders who have made a purchase during the previous month go in the draw for a prize. Recent prizes have included restaurant meals, and coveted vouchers from local wineries, jewellers and pharmacies.

Price guarantee

If the price of any purchase is reduced within 14 days of your purchase we guarantee to refund the difference on presentation of your receipt.

Five-day returns... If you change your mind

Shoe Club members may return their purchase (excluding sale price goods), within five days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is returned in an unused condition complete with the box and receipt.

Record of Purchase

We keep a full record of your purchases. This can be very helpful for insurance claims or faulty footwear problems when receipts are not available.
